Apex provides high quality, reliable virtual assistant services at competitive rates. At Apex we realize that every client has individual needs, our pricing structure is designed to offer a range. Rollover Hours

Clients are allowed to rollover up to a maximum of 10 hours per calendar year.

Retainer Rates

Retainer rates are a great option if you need continuous support. Retainers are priced based on the amount and type of support requested.

Website Design Package

Each small business website designed by Apex Virtual Solutions is created with the client’s unique requests in mind. Please contact us for a custom quote at 866-874-3647.

Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates can range from $30 to $65 per hour and are determined by the type of services requested. Due to the wide range of skills needed per project, Apex Virtual Solutions can customize a package that is exclusive to your business needs if our standard package options aren’t a good match.

Please call our office or submit a request for proposal via email and we will contact you with more specific pricing details. Hourly rate projects will require 50% upfront and 50% at completion of the project. Additional charges will be assessed for late invoices.

Pay as You Go

Please note that Apex does offer Pay As You Go services. What is Pay As You Go? Pay As You Go is a service that we offer to our clients that are not comfortable paying for their hours in advance. The disadvantage is that your projects are done after the tasks for clients that have reserved their time in advance. This method typically has a slower turnaround. Pay As You Go Agreements may require a deposit before services begin.

Billing

All rates are based on actual hours worked, and are billed in 15-minute increments. All website services will be billed at a minimum of one hour.
