Services can vary based on the skill-set of the virtual assistant. Virtual Assistants complete all of the work requested by their clients from a remote location that is typically their home office.

How do I get started working with Apex Virtual Solutions?

Every business or client is different so we like to conduct a free consultation to see if the partnership will be a good fit. At the end of the consultation if you decide to move forward, you will receive a welcome email that outlines the entire process of getting started.

If I purchase a retainer will my unused hours rollover?

Unused hours will expire within 60 days of purchase. You have 2 months to exhaust any hours purchased.

What type of companies do you work with?

We work mostly with small businesses or solopreneurs that sell professional services

Will my company information be secure?

We take confidentiality very serious. We never share any of your company information with anyone outside of our office. We even sign a non-disclosure agreement for your added assurance.

How do I know you’re working on my projects?

Every client gets access to our project management site. The project management site allows you to closely monitor the work being done on your project. If you’re too busy or don’t won’t to be bothered by learning how to navigate through our project management area, you can request email updates or simply pick up the phone and call us.
